CHERREEM

Cherreem was called to the Bar in 2011 by Gray’s Inn and she joined Chambers in 2018 after a successful career as a civil servant. She has an expansive practice comprising of immigration, nationality, asylum, EU law, family, housing/landlord and tenant, civil, crime and ADR.


Prior to joining Chambers she appeared regularly in the First Tier Immigration and

Asylum Tribunalas a Home Office Presenting Officer and is now regularly instructed to represent the Secretary of State for the Home Department.


Cherreem is renowned for being an approachable advocate and for her meticulous preparation and tenacity in court.


Cherreem is an accredited civil and commercial, workplace and employment and family mediator


She is also a liveryman of the Worshipful Company of Arbitrators and has received the Freedom of the City of London.


Cherreem is committed to utilising her skills to benefit her community and as a result has built strong links within her local community where she offers her services as a family and community mediator for Wandsworth Mediation Service.
