Paul is an extremely experienced barrister who specialises in all aspect of immigration law. Paul has previously been employed as a Home Office Presenting Officer and has a wealth of experience from both the Home Office’s point of view and an appellant’s point of view.

Area of practice: Immigration and Asylum including EEA appeals, points based appeals, bails, Article 8 family and private life, Upper Tier and Judicial Reviews and employment law on behalf of both companies and individuals.

Former positions include: Presenting Officer for the Home Office in the Immigration Tribunals for several years. Investigating Officer for the Financial Services Authority (now the FCA).
